David O'Leary

David leads the Commercial and Customer Experience portfolio for Transport for Wales. He has responsibility for customer experience, business development, supply chain and integrated transport activities at Transport for Wales.

He has a wealth of experience in the transport and hospitality industries and has worked in a number of senior commercial, operational and people development roles in the aviation and rail sectors. This included a number of years at Heathrow Airport and as a board director at rail operator Merseyrail. 

David holds a Masters in Business from the University of Winchester and a diploma in the Management of Learning & Development.
